I wouldn't agree with the below review from Rick. I wouldn't expect a psychiatrist to be an expert in medical leave paperwork. You make the most of your group and individual time. If you don't talk about what you need to talk about, your experience won't be shaped around your needs. While there is a minor focus on causes, the main focus of the classes/outpatient program is teaching an individual coping skills - regardless of the causes of the disability or psychic pain. They don't teach how to eliminate the core symptoms behind the disorders in the program. An outside therapist, medication and a lot of work will have to work on that after the program has gotten you to a stable point.

The Outpatient program here is one-size-fits-all. Suffering PTSD? Tough, you're being treated for depression & anxiety. Borderline Personality Disorder? Tough, depression & anxiety. OCD? Depression & anxiety.

Simply put, they have nothing for you in outpatient if you're not just a discontented suburbanite with stereotypical suburbanite malaise.

The people in the intake department are not helpful at all. They all have the personality of a drained battery and are very snobby! The main boss had no interest in being helpful and had the worst attitude! I'm sure the boss is the biggest problem there!

It was a wonderful, truly a life changing, and and eye opening experience; the staff and food are great. It is a good mix of hard work and play (free time) for males I strongly recommend Bob O. Wonderful program, wonderful staff, nice facility; highly recommend. if you can't afford it or insurance won't cover it and you are trying to get help for dope they have a research program that is free.

If you don't fit into the cookie-cutter shape they have designed for all treatment, too bad. Oh and the psychiatrists don't even know how to start FMLA, disability, etc. So enjoy getting none of the money you put into that system back while here.

loved because its getting a new name candence health!
